We had a night without the boy.
Last night, he stayed at Lois’ parents’ house.
Our night consisted of eating dinner at their house (not going out to eat), coming home at 9 pm, reviewing our taxes, paying bills, reviewing Lois’ unemployment stuff, taking Tylenol PM and going to bed with a kiss on the cheek.
We definitely missed him! It was a little quieter around without him!
Welcome back little buddy!

Lol – the priorities for a child-free evening!
He’s looking cuter by the day, by the way!

How did he do without his mommies?

I don’t think I’ve said this, but your blogging stamina with new parenthood is mind boggling and very impressive. I can barely get out two a month!

He did okay. He went to sleep at midnight, woke up at 4 am and again at 6 am – just about usual these days.
Lois’ mother always talks about how she never sleeps and she could handle it. I think she’s very wiped out after one night with him – HA!

Lucky! I wouldn’t know what to do with a night to myself! We would probably do the same thing you too did.
Glad he did well at you MIL’s.
