finally, some pictures

First and foremost, I need to post a quick ode to my amazing wife.

It is not easy to find that person who you can spend your life with and be in a happy and healthy relationship. On top of that, to find someone that is the perfect person to raise children with.

I don’t know how many times I can say how lucky I am for finding this amazing person who has decided to be with me.

Yesterday morning, we were watching Shmoo’s BFF K.aden and the boys were being a little difficult during breakfast.

Lois got them both at the table and started singing her new made up song “It’s K.aden’s turn to take a bite, take a bite, take a bite”. It worked very well (K.aden was even singing it later). As she sang and each of them got their “odes to eating”, I just stood in the kitchen and watched her in her glory.

I knew that I made the right decision pretty much when I first snagged Lois, but she still continues to remind me just how smart I am for hanging onto her.

And finally, without further ado, some weekend pictures of the SHMOO!!!

Here are the three mus.keteers – Harry D., Ka.den and Shmoo.

hmmm….a cupcake

The post-cupcake shot

How come Shmoo always finds the cutest girl at the party and gets her to kiss him?
I mean, look at this boy….

I can’t imagine where he gets this from?!!?

Today, he got a much older woman to give him a ride

Shmoo’s BFF gives him a ride

Shmoo practices his baseball swing – preparing for the majors.

And finally, his new wagon! He absolutely LOVES it!

And if you didn’t believe me about what the Shmoo can do, here he is buckling himself into his wagon. He will not let his mommy help him at all. (btw – notice how quickly he goes from pissy to content!)

He is the ladies man. I don’t see that she’s making the moves though….he’s TOTALLY leaning in on that kiss :) ha ha

I think the 0-150-0 in seconds thing is a boy thing.
    Very cute !

the pics are wonderful…..Andrew is already the ladies’s man…lol how cool is that…
I heard him say good job after you said it….when he was buckling himself in…which I think is wonderful…the crying to calm to crying…is just a terrible two side effect….it goes away…as long as he is not rewarded or gets attention when doing it – it then just fades away!!!
(did i make any sense then – geez…I am tired)
    thanks for sharing it all
    Peace–Ellie

You and Lois are both lucky to have found each other..
That boy is such a doll. Cracks me up how they can get go between mad and happy in a heartbeat. And I swear he repeated “good job” after he buckled the seat belt!

I LOVE the pictures! The one of him kissing the little girl is priceless. I have some similar cupcake pictures of Henry. I’m glad you’re so happy with your wife. It’s great to hear about when people are so grateful and content.

I heard him say “good job” on the video too. So cool that he can buckle himself in. Now he just has to learn to unbuckle it and you’ll really be in trouble! :)
