Lo’s parents had a little electric Porsche for their grandchildren about 10 or so years ago and gave it to a friend. The friend just returned it and the Shmoo is in car heaven.
He still loves “McKeen” and definitely steers McQueen a lot better, but he really loves the fact that the Porsche has doors and fits 2 bodies (him and his BFF). Shmoo always drives and K* is totally fine with that. When Shmoo drives the car by himself, he always points to the seat next to him and says “K*!”
This kid has a red sports car, a Porsche convertible and a Harley (tricycle). He has everything that I’m not allowed to have! (This kid is pretty spoiled by a certain set of grandparents – that’s a whole ‘nother post for a ‘nother day)
Here’s the Shmoo and his BFF cruisin’ for chicks:
This is Shmoo on Day 2 with “McKeen”. He figured out the forward/reverse and steering pretty quickly!
And, while he’s still a wee bit short for his Harley tricycle, he just figured out how to ride the old hand-me-down trike. It’s a little rickety, but he does pretty well with it!
As for me, I am hearing the calls for a belly pic or two. I’m not sure if I’m ready yet. My belly doesn’t look like much yet other than my usual flab. I’ll have to work up to posting some belly shots. I promise, I’ll try!

Promise you’ll at least take them. You’ll want them later I promise. When you aren’t hormonal and pregnant and can look at them from a different percpective.
He is super good at riding his tricycle. That’s really early for him…..I know kids that couldn’t ride until they were 3 1/2. (not my kids of course…but some other kids

I’m amazed at those videos and what he can do. So cool. Erik is nowhere near being able to steer or ride a trike.
I hear you about the grandparents spoiling him. We have a certain set of grandparents here that do the same thing!

I can’t believe he can drive that car around! I don’t think Teo would be able to manage it. That long driveway is perfect for it. I’m also in awe of his trike skills. Teo needs to grow a bit in the legs to reach the pedals on his. Luckily we got the kind that has the handle so I can push him around on it.
